We provide personal fitness training, consulting for personal trainers, and consulting for gyms and fitness businesses. All services are delivered remotely or in person as described at the time of purchase. We sell services only; no physical products are sold through this Site.
2. Booking & Scheduling
After your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided to arrange scheduling and delivery. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and to respond in a timely manner so services can be scheduled.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of checkout. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Health Disclaimer
Our training and nutrition services are for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and many other factors. We make no guarantee of specific physical, financial, or business outcomes from any service, including consulting services for trainers and gyms.
6. Client Conduct
You agree to provide honest information, follow reasonable safety guidance, and treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for abusive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All programs, plans, templates, and materials we provide are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anaya Fitness Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version and applies to all purchases made after its posting date.
